Whitney Museum of American Art 99 Gansevoort St opens to the public: Whitney Biennial 2022: Quiet As It’s Keptco-curated by David Breslin and Adrienne Edwards; face coverings are required for all visitors, and timed tickets must be booked in advance. NOTE: The exhibition finally opens after more than a week of pre-opening celebrations and mostly highly favorable reviews. Crowds are expected throughout he first weeks of the run.
